Agreement between User and Luxury Secrets LLC-

Welcome to Luxury Secrets LLC (www.luxurysecretsfloridal,com). The luxurysecretsflorida website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Luxury Secrets LLC. It is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.luxurysecretsflorida.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

www. luxurysecretsflorida.com is an E-Commerce Site.

Luxury Secrets LLC is a luxury picnics and events service.

Animal/Pet Policy 

Client agrees that pets and any other animals will not be allowed on or within 10 feet of the property of the event. If the event is held inside a client's home or any other inside location, the client agrees to ensure that no animal hair, food, feces, urine, or any other substances related to animals will contaminate the Provider's equipment. There will be a cleaning fee along with a separate surcharge of $250 added on for possible work disruption without our items available while processing through a special cleaning. The amount is due immediately from Client upon bill. The contract between Luxury Secrets and Client will outline this agreement associated with animal/pet policy.

Smoking Policy

We have a very strict no smoking rule. Client and any client guests of the client agree to no smoking any substance on or within 30 feet of the picnic set up, should it be outdoors. If the picnic is held indoors, client agrees that Client, and guests, will not smoke inside the indoor location. Client also agrees that there will not be any other guests in chosen location, that are not in client party, who will partake in smoking. If smoking in the location is possible or unknown, client agrees to not choose that location. This includes all substances able to be smoked, including but not limited to: marijuana, any legal or illegal drugs, or any vaping. There will be a cleaning fee of all equipment if smoke odor is present after the picnic or if smoking is observed. The cleaning fee will be separate from a surcharge of $250 added on for possible work disruption without our items available while processing through a special cleaning. The amount is due immediately from Client upon bill. The contract between Luxury Secrets and Client will outline this agreement associated with smoking.

Property Damage
Guests are responsible for the equipment and premise during the event, which is the beginning to ending time of the event. The full guidelines will be included in the contract between Luxury Secrets LLC and guest.

Guests under 18

Luxury Secrets LLC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use www.luxurysecretsflorida.com only with permission of a parent or guardian. Luxury Secrets LLC does not knowingly accept bookings for guests under 18.

Late Policy 

Luxury Secrets LLC agrees to have services ready on time. If you and/or guests do not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, Luxury Secrets will need to start cleaning up and no refunds will be processed. If it is communicated to Luxury Secrets LLC and staff that the guest(s) will be late, it is at Luxury Secrets discretion that the event may still be held and time of the event will not be extended. If the booking guest is not to be present, it will need to be communicated prior to event on the responsible party. 

 

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Luxury Secrets from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Luxury Secrets LLC Content accessed through www.luxurysecretsflorida.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

 

Changes to Terms

Luxury Secrets LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.luxurysecretsflorida.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Luxury Secrets LLC encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
