We do travel! You are always welcomed to travel to us for Picnics/proposals. But based on availability, we will travel to you! (travel fee applies, $1.50/mile outside of 15-mile radius)
We have traveled all over Florida!

All retainers are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event. If the final payment is not received by that time (can pay any time prior), then your event is automatically cancelled, your payment link expires, and your retainer is forfeited. If this was an oversight, there is a late fee (per the signed contract) if we can still accommodate your original event.
There are no cancellations or reschedules in the 7-day window leading up to your event.
We ask that there is zero smoking on or around our items. Unfortunately, we also cannot hold events in homes or locations where smoking is allowed.

We usually have questions after you send us an inquiry or during our planning process. We politely ask that you are communicative with us when we reach out to you to confirm or request information.

You can have your event where you choose. Most guests choose their home, a park or the beach. At this time, we are attempting to be compliant to be able to do business in all the SWFL cities and beaches. We abide by all permit fees and requirements. ​
