The giveaway is presented by Luxury Secrets, LLC for a 2 guest Classic Luxury Picnic with an umbrella add-on included. No other companies are affiliated with this giveaway. The picnic giveaway is not for photographers or any business-related activities. It is for personal purposes only.

1 Entry - Like and share our FB post. The shared post must be public. Please commented "shared" on our original post after it is done. We will like it as confirmation your name has been recorded in our contest.

3 more Entries- Fill out our Giveaway form.

8 more Entries -Come to our stand at the Christmas Bazaar on the North Port City Green on Saturday, Dec 14 from 10am-3pm!

 

To receive your 3 entries, the Giveaway form must be filled out accurately to enter the contest.

If any entry information is found to be inaccurate, the entry is forfeited.  The form can be found at the bottom of this page if needed.

Each household may only complete each method of entry one time.

The winner will be announced on 12/18 at 7pm and the winner will be notified immediately by email or Facebook, wherever the entry lead came from.

 

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, or cannot complete the picnic event for any reason, a follow up winner will be chosen. If the follow up winner does not respond within 24 hours, no other winners will be chosen. The winner has until 12/18/24 at 7pm to respond, pick a date, and sign the contact for the Giveaway Picnic.

The winner has until this date and time to complete the requirements or picnic is forfeited.​

The picnic event must be completed by 1/31/25.  

The date and time must be available with our company's schedule. If a date cannot be agreed upon by both parties, the picnic is forfeited.

The giveaway does not include spa party, room set up, proposals or TeePee parties. Those can be purchased separately.

You may choose an additional add-on of another umbrella for a small fee. If you opt to purchase another cover such as a cabana, canopy, or bubble tent, the umbrella is automatically forfeited for the purposes of this giveaway. 

More add-ons may be purchased, including beach set up, but beach set up fees will apply. Luxury Secrets has the right to decline any beach set up.

The winner may not reschedule once the picnic date is confirmed, or the picnic will be forfeited. 

The winner is the only person who may sign the contract and is responsible for the picnic event. Winner cannot transfer to another person.

The winner must place a refundable deposit of $50 for the picnic by 12/19/24 7pm, along with scheduled picnic date and contract signed, that will be returned on completion of the event and there are no damages.

Location: The picnic must be held in Charlotte or Sarasota counties only. Travel fees may apply over 20 miles from North Port business location. Luxury Secrets has the right to decline travel outside of 20 miles. Winner may travel to any park location agreed upon by LS and winner within the 20-mile radius of business location.

Permits may be needed for a location and guest is responsible for permit costs at the time of the permit application. Due to the short timeframe of the contest rules, a permit may not be obtained in time and the picnic will be forfeited, along with permit fees. Permit fees are not refundable.
